1. What this notice covers
This notice explains how QueueTempo may use cookies and similar browser storage on the public website and authenticated application. A cookie is a small value a website asks a browser to retain. Similar storage can include session storage, local storage, or other device-local preferences.
Browser storage is not an access-control system. QueueTempo’s protected data and permissions are enforced by the server.
2. Essential storage
QueueTempo may use strictly necessary storage for:
- secure authenticated sessions and sign-out;
- email verification, recovery, invitation, and recent-authentication state;
- OAuth state, PKCE, replay prevention, and safe connection return paths;
- CSRF protection and request-origin integrity;
- load balancing, abuse prevention, and security diagnostics;
- Stripe checkout or billing-portal return flow;
- language, timezone, accessibility, or display choices you request;
- remembering a cookie preference where a choice is required.
These values are needed to provide a secure service or remember a choice you made. Where law allows, they do not require optional-consent controls.
3. Optional analytics
QueueTempo may later use privacy-minimized product analytics to understand broad feature use, errors, and performance. Before enabling non-essential analytics, QueueTempo will:
- identify the provider and exact data collected;
- document purpose, retention, access, and international transfer;
- separate marketing consent from service use;
- obtain consent where required before setting or reading the storage;
- provide a way to reject or withdraw as easily as accepting;
- avoid sending private customer prompts, drafts, sources, tokens, or signed URLs.
4. Advertising and social trackers
QueueTempo does not need third-party advertising cookies or embedded social tracking pixels to provide the public site. Social provider authorization occurs through deliberate Connection flows, not invisible trackers.
5. Managing storage
You can review or remove cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential session or security storage may prevent sign-in, social Connection, billing, or other protected workflows from functioning.
QueueTempo’s core screens do not depend on optional browser storage. If device-local preference storage is unavailable, the interface stays usable and tells you which preference could not be saved.
6. Retention
Session cookies expire with the session or the documented authentication lifetime. Security and preference storage uses the shortest practical duration for its purpose, and each category listed in section 2 is kept only as long as that purpose requires.
7. Changes and questions
QueueTempo will update this notice before adding optional tracking or materially changing storage behavior. Questions can be sent through thesecurity or privacy support category.
