Terms of Service

The rules for using QueueTempo Accounts, Organizations, AI-assisted drafting, schedules, social Connections, publishing, and paid plans.

Last updated July 26, 2026

PoliciesTermsPrivacyAcceptable useAI disclosureCookies

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of QueueTempo, including its website, application, AI-assisted drafting, scheduling, publishing, billing, support, and related services (the “Service”). “QueueTempo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the legal entity that operates the Service and is identified on applicable checkout and invoice records.

By creating an Account, accepting an invitation, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, client, or employer, you represent that you have authority to bind that party.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate Account information. You are responsible for your login credentials, recovery access, active sessions, and actions taken through your Account.

  • Do not share an individual Account among multiple people.
  • Use Organization invitations and roles to give other people access.
  • Keep your verified email current and notify support of suspected compromise.
  • Do not attempt to bypass membership, plan, security, or rate-limit controls.

3. Organizations, roles, and authority

An Organization is the content and authorization boundary for one brand, company, client, project, or primary domain. An Organization Owner controls membership and is responsible for ensuring that members have appropriate roles and authority.

A Billing Account may fund entitlements shared across several Organizations, but it does not merge their content visibility. You are responsible for maintaining at least one current Owner and completing a valid ownership transfer before an Owner leaves.

4. Customer content and instructions

“Customer Content” includes Brand profiles, Knowledge sources, prompts, Content recipes, drafts, posts, uploaded media, links, instructions, and related data provided or created through your use of the Service. As between you and QueueTempo, you retain your rights in Customer Content.

You grant QueueTempo a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process Customer Content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested Service for you, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. QueueTempo does not treat private Customer Content as marketing inventory or use it in marketing without separate permission.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you have the rights and permissions needed for Customer Content;
  • your instructions and planned publications are lawful;
  • you have authority over every connected destination and represented brand;
  • your use follows provider terms, automation rules, and applicable disclosures;
  • you will not direct the Service to publish prohibited or infringing material.

5. AI-assisted content

QueueTempo can use AI services to help create platform-specific draft Variants. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other output, unsuitable for a destination, or inconsistent with current facts. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.

You remain responsible for reviewing the context, factual claims, rights, disclosures, suitability, and final content. Auto-publish does not transfer that responsibility to QueueTempo. See the AI Disclosure for more detail.

6. Social Connections and third-party platforms

QueueTempo connects only through official, permitted authorization and API paths. You authorize QueueTempo to perform the selected actions on eligible Channels within granted scopes and your recorded automation settings.

Third-party platforms control account eligibility, API access, content policy, quotas, rate limits, review, reach, removal, suspension, and availability. QueueTempo does not guarantee that a platform will accept, display, retain, distribute, or produce engagement from a post.

QueueTempo may disable or restrict a provider or capability when platform access, terms, cost, safety, or reliability changes. We will not silently redirect a post to a different destination.

7. Schedules, approvals, and publishing

A Tempo defines a destination, Content recipe, recurrence, timezone, and approval policy. You must review the displayed next occurrences and selected Channel before activation. Auto-publish requires separate express consent; OAuth authorization alone is not Auto-publish consent.

QueueTempo may skip, pause, block, or delay an occurrence when content, approval, connection, entitlement, allowance, schedule, rate limit, safety, or provider state makes delivery unsafe or invalid. A visible safe skip is preferable to duplicate, stale, unapproved, or wrongly targeted publication.

8. Plans, credits, and publishing allowance

Plan entitlements can include Organizations, seats, connected Channels, active Tempos, queue horizon, review features, audit retention, support, AI credits, and successful publishing allowance.

  • One AI credit produces one usable platform-specific text Variant.
  • Manual writing and editing use no AI credits.
  • Regeneration uses additional credits when it produces a usable Variant.
  • One accepted destination target uses one publishing-allowance unit.
  • Failed, canceled, skipped, and manual-handoff targets use no allowance.
  • Unused monthly balances do not roll over unless a written contract says otherwise.

9. Fees, taxes, billing, and renewal

Self-serve paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and frequency shown at checkout. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation takes effect.

Stripe webhook state controls subscription status. A checkout success screen is not proof of payment. Upgrades may begin after confirmed payment. Downgrades normally begin at the current paid period end and may pause excess Tempos or make excess Connections inactive without deleting underlying data.

During a configurable failed-payment grace period, QueueTempo may preserve service while showing billing warnings. After grace, Auto-publish may pause before read access is restricted so the Service does not continue incurring provider costs.

10. Cancellation, suspension, and termination

You may cancel a paid subscription through supported billing controls. Cancellation at period end preserves benefits through the paid-through time. Subscription cancellation does not immediately delete Account or Organization data; retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy.

We may warn, restrict generation, disable Auto-publish, disable publishing, restrict an Organization, suspend an Account, or terminate access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, platform-policy conflict, unlawful use, or material breach. We will provide an appropriate reason and support route unless law, security, or abuse prevention prohibits detail.

11. Beta and preview features

Beta or preview capabilities may have narrower eligibility, changing limits, additional consent, or incomplete availability. Only explicitly enrolled Beta capabilities may auto-publish. Preview environments must not publish to live provider accounts.

12. QueueTempo intellectual property

QueueTempo and its software, brand, documentation, design, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not reverse engineer where prohibited exceptions do not apply, sell access, remove notices, or use the Service to create a deceptive competing copy.

13. Service changes and availability

We may update the Service to improve safety, reliability, provider compatibility, or product behavior. External APIs and platforms may change or stop working. QueueTempo does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular provider, social performance, or a public uptime SLA unless a signed Enterprise agreement expressly provides one.

14. Disclaimers and liability

Except where the law does not allow it, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. QueueTempo does not warrant that publishing will succeed on any third-party platform, that provider APIs will remain available, or that AI-assisted drafts will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueueTempo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, even if advised of the possibility. QueueTempo's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold QueueTempo harmless from third-party claims arising out of Customer Content you publish through the Service, your use of connected social accounts, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including consumer-protection rights. Where a limitation above is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it applies only to the extent permitted.

15. Changes and contact

Material changes will be dated and communicated as required. These Terms identify the legal operator, mailing address, governing law, venue, and monitored contact for the Service.

For product questions, use QueueTempo Support. Do not send passwords, tokens, cookies, payment details, or private Customer Content through an unsecured channel.
