Connected Channels and active Tempos are totals across all Organizations attached to the Billing Account. Active, non-archived resources count toward limits.

Two meters, plain language
Produces one usable platform-specific text Variant. One X draft is one credit. One Instagram caption is one. Adapting one Post for both uses two.
Counts one external destination target that the platform accepts. The allowance is settled only after that provider acceptance.
Plan changes
Billing changes follow confirmed Stripe state. QueueTempo never trusts a checkout success URL as proof of payment.
Entitlements recalculate transactionally. A previously paused Tempo stays paused until you choose to resume it.
Choose what remains active. Excess Tempos pause and excess Connections may become inactive; Organizations, drafts, media, and history are not deleted.
A configurable failed-payment grace period preserves access while warning you. Auto-publish pauses before read access is restricted.

No. The Free plan starts with no payment method required.
Yes. They belong to the Billing Account and can support its Organizations, while each Organization remains a separate content and authorization boundary.
QueueTempo reserves the needed credits before generation. If no usable Variant is produced because of a provider, network, internal, or policy-blocked failure, the reservation is released.
No. Enterprise uses a sales-assisted contract for custom limits, identity controls, security review, support, and only those service terms that are technically and contractually established.
